So I just learned the newest ipisoft release requires a subscription, and is something I can't afford. I've been saving up for Version 2 for a while now, and am stuck with 6 ps3 eye cameras that I've picked up, alongside a greenscreen and a bunch of tripods. My question is this:
Does anyone know of a good alternative to ipisoft that allows the use of ps3 eye cameras?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

I'm afraid there is no alternative. There are solutions for Kinects, that use native tracking from Kinect SDK, but its accuracy is far from ideal.

Why not concider Basic Edition? You can get subcription for 3 years at the cost for former Standard, at regular price. And 5 years if you take advantage of limited-time discount at the same cost. Volume discounts are applied if you take several subscriptions at once.

Basic Edition has accuracy that is very close to Pro. The main difference is that you will not be able to track 2 actors, and you will see more tracking errors on the most complex motions.
