Hi

Please ensure you have the latest drivers from NVIDIA for your GPU.
Is this error stable, or occurs from time to time?

I have the latest driver, and it always do this. Wasen't doing it before I update to nVidia experiance. It's still doing it. Dosen't know what's going on. This is on my MacBook Pro Retina Display. Seams like they might be a problem with the Dual graphics card, i red that on another site.

Any idea ?

Thanks !

Is Windows NT supported by Mocap Studio 3? Just wondering because that's a pretty old OS. I thought the oldest supported OS was Windows 7.

It's just how Windows reports its version internally on NT-based systems. Windows NT 6.3 actually means Windows 8.1 (or Server 2012 R2). See more in Wikipedia if you're interested:

If you uninstall NVIDIA Experience, does the error disappear?

Other options to try:
  • Run at a lower resolution - say, 1920x1080.
  • Lower GPU clock frequency even if it is at factory setting.

It is not Windows NT, it detect it as NT but in fact its Windows 10 Technical Preview ! I'll try running it in lower resolution but it was working with the full resolution before. It seams to work when I uninstal the latest nVidia driver. But my computer keeps reinstalling it after each startup !

Thanks !

Ah, thanks both of you for the clarification. That was confusing...it surprised me to see 'old Win NT' running on a modern computer and with recent drivers. Now I know better. :)

Hope you can get the software up and running again.

G.
