You should only match actor's model with video when looking exactly from a camera's point of view. That is, press one of the camera buttons in the toolbar (1, 2, 3 etc) to
go to its POV, and move the model but don't move/rotate the view. Repeat switching between the cameras.
Video frame rectangle does move in the scene as character moves so that video is always behind the character when looking from corresponding camera's POV. However, the video frame is also scaled accordingly, so this motion is unnoticeable from camera's POV and frame position looks static. It is just a matter of rendering the scene and does not affect the tracking process.
Inappropriate actor height is likely caused by improper scene scale. You should set scene scale manually after the calibration. See docs for details.
