camera changes position when import video

Hi all!

My problem is: When I'm import a video in Mocap Studio, The camera changes position. How can I fix this?
So the animation is rotated.

Hi
Looks like the floor is not detected properly. There are 2 usual reasons for this:

A depth sensor does not see enough floor surface. Either some objects are on the floor, or sensor is looking too high. For successful detection, floor pixels should occupy at least 1/6 part of the image area.
The material of the floor causes much noise in the depth image (yellow pixels), for example it is shiny. Solution: cover the floor with something made of more appropriate material (carpet, sheet etc).
