After a few weeks of testing I can give a feedback about what is happening right now in here. Looks like 90% of the cases the new ipiRecorder merging algorithm works fine. I didn't experience any major problems, I didn't see big differences between the 2 camera's recordings. The remaning 10% is the tricky part because I cannot say this is a software issue but I experience the desync problem. I can eliminate it if I works with very short recordings (just one act no more). I fear to record more than one act in one file because it has a chance to blow up. In every hour I turn of the software and wait 5 minutes to cool down the kinects. This is how I can use the software without constant trouble.
In the end thank you guys for your work I can say something really changed, because I don't need to merge all of my videos manually every time.
