I now have one Kinect for xbox360. Can I use it to mocap?

Yes, you can. However, single depth camera is only effective for motions when an actor is primarily facing a camera. For more complex motions involving self-occlusion of body parts you'll get many tracking errors. For those it's recommended to use two cameras - that requires Basic edition of the software.
