IPi recorder 4 is unable to initialize the installed kinect. The Kinect SDK work normally, and I already made some applications with sdk, but iPi Recorder 4 only recognizes Kinect audio but the sensor does not.
Can you halp me please.

As you see, it recognizes the camera device but fails to initialize it properly.
Are there any other Kinect SDK apps running side by side with iPi Recorder? As far as I recall, Kinect SDK v1 doesn't allow multiple apps to access the same device simultaneously. Maybe this is the problem.

I disabled all the features that start with the PC, restarted and the first thing I did was to open the iPi Record 4 and happened the same problem.

I found in processes some items that refer to kinect, I turned them off and it didn't work

I check the sensor and the Infrared don't start:

I started another software to test if the connection and the sensor were working, and it worked, Infrared turned on and the software was capturing the sensor information!

Please get the trace log of the app and share it here. To access it, press the button in the top-right corner of the main window.

I don't know if this is what you need:

iPi Recorder 4.5.0.84

OS: Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.19041.0 (64 bits)
.NET: 4.7.2.528372
CPU count: 4
GC: workstation (Interactive)
Running in 64 bits

Kinect Management Service is actually required for Kinect v1 to work (it's a part of Kinect runtime), so it shouldn't be disabled.

The program from your last screenshot is based on OpenNI. Which uses a 3d party driver for Kinect v1 not the native one from Kinect SDK. iPi Recorder doesn't support using Kinect v1 via OpenNI.
You have to restore Kinect SDK drivers for Kinect v1. Check this post.
