for some reason the tracking isn't working properly and the hands keep glitching back even tho I have a clear depth for the hands. im using a xbox 360 kinect

Do you have properly evaluated stable background?
Please, share your iPiVideo file(s) or at least some screenshots if you still have the issues with tracking.

I had a clear background and floor the issue seemed to be that the Kinect was close to the same height as my hands I moved it higher and that somewhat helped
