i followed the guide did the calibration and PS move painting the scene i adjusted the cameras i added light source

but when i try to track the motion i get weird skeleton twisting and turning and twirling , im using 6 ps eye cameras spread around a room of abotu 7x7 m space

You have to adjust actor appearance on Actor tab before tracking:

• Clothing colors must be set for Shirt, Pants, and other body parts (your can use pipette tool to grab color from video, or click "Auto Detect Actor Colors" button when model pose is adjusted with video)
• Body dimensions should be also adjusted for better tracking results
