Hi folks:

I've been trying to get the proper package from your aftermarket dealer DAZ3d.com for the standard (6 camera) version of Motion Capture Studio. Aparently the version they provide is only the basic edition despite that fact that I paid for the full version. I did have the free trial version installed before I downloaded their package, but I uninstalled it first - perhaps the bug is that your trial software interferes with the Standard edition installation.

Please make sure they have the correct software version in their download package.

You may need to get an updated license key; I think there is only one version of the software to download but the license key you get enables the features you paid for.

Just to be sure, use the license key that's listed in your personal iPi Forums profile page. If that's the key you're using and you still only have access to four cameras then you should email iPi Soft directly and ask them to update your account. Good luck!

BTW, the latest version is always available from the iPi Studio downloads page. (The current version as of this post is build 113.)

This can be a problem with wrong unlock key (that is, we may have uploaded wrong unlock key to DAZ3D store). Please contact us by email to resolve this issue.

DAZ3D found out that some of the serial numbers had been switched for the 2 versions. My software works now, so on with the testing,
